What this website is

This website is an informational brochure for the residential and commercial projects developed by BSR Infra Developers. It is not a sales platform, and no booking, allotment or transaction can be completed through it.

Please verify all particulars with our team, and read the project registration details, before taking any decision to purchase.

• Renders, elevations, floor plans, site plans and interior images are artistic impressions and indicative only.
• Areas, dimensions, unit counts, facings and specifications are subject to change and to statutory approvals.
• Amenities shown may be delivered in phases, altered or substituted with equivalents.
• Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Only the executed agreement for sale, together with the sanctioned plans and the applicable RERA disclosures, is binding.

Enquiries

The enquiry forms on this site do not submit to a server. They assemble the details you type into a message and open WhatsApp so you can review and send it yourself. Nothing is transmitted until you press send inside WhatsApp.

By contacting us through the site, WhatsApp, telephone or email, you agree that we may respond to you on those channels about your enquiry. How we handle those details is described in our Data Protection notice.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site unlawfully, or in a way that damages, disables or impairs it.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system.

This website was designed and developed by Aarvin Ventures (aarvinventures.com). The underlying design and code remain the property of Aarvin Ventures, and are licensed to BSR Infra Developers for use on this site.

The site links to and embeds third-party services, including WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability
