Land & approvals
Title checks and statutory approvals are in place before work begins on site.
Stage 2
Design
Vastu-aligned layouts by our architects, checked by our structural consultants.
Stage 3
Structure
RCC frame with TMT 550 steel, built to the structural design for wind and seismic loads.
Stage 4
Finishing
Vitrified flooring, UPVC joinery and branded fittings throughout.
Stage 5
Handover
Final inspection, documentation and keys to each owner.
