What we collect

We do not ask for identity documents, financial details or any special category data through this website.

• Details you type into an enquiry form: your name, mobile number, the unit type and facing you are interested in, and your message.
• Anything you choose to tell us when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Standard technical data recorded by our hosting provider when a page is served, such as IP address, browser type and time of request.

How an enquiry actually reaches us

This matters for your privacy, so it is worth stating plainly: the enquiry form runs entirely in your browser. When you submit it, the form composes a text message from the fields you filled in and opens WhatsApp with that message prepared. It is not posted to this website, and we receive nothing until you send it yourself in WhatsApp.

Once you do send it, the message is handled by WhatsApp under Meta's own privacy policy, and it reaches us as an ordinary WhatsApp chat.

Why we process it

We process these details because you approached us and asked for a response. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

• To answer your enquiry and share project details, pricing and availability.
• To arrange site visits and follow up on a conversation you started.
• To keep records we are required to keep, and to establish or defend legal claims.

Cookies and local storage

We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you personally — it records only aggregate figures such as which pages are viewed, the referring site, country and device type.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a single value in your browser's local storage — your light or dark theme preference — so the site opens the way you left it. That value never leaves your device and is not personal data. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Third parties

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

• WhatsApp (Meta) — carries enquiry messages you choose to send, and any chat that follows.
• Instagram (Meta) — only if you follow the link to our profile.
• Google Maps — the location map on the Contact page is embedded from Google, which may receive your IP address and device information when that map loads.
• Vercel (our hosting provider) — serves the pages, keeps standard server logs and provides cookieless, aggregate visitor statistics (Vercel Web Analytics).
• Aarvin Ventures — designed and developed this website, and may access it in the course of maintenance and support.

How long we keep it

Enquiry conversations are kept while your enquiry is live and for as long afterwards as we need them for our records or to meet a legal obligation. When neither applies, we delete them.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw a consent you previously gave. You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Write to bsrinfradev@gmail.com to make a request. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Because enquiries travel through WhatsApp rather than through this website, they are protected by WhatsApp's own end-to-end encryption. No method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this notice

We update this notice when our practices change. The date shown at the top of this page is the date of the current version.
